My stay at this hotel was a pleasant one and there was nothing major that could be improved upon.

We loved the location of the hotel as it was just a short walk away from the ferry terminal. The hotel facilities were great, and the parking provided was free and located right in front of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated their assistance in providing information about the city. We also enjoyed the easy access to local eateries, all within walking distance.

It was located near Jetty to Langkawi Island and very convenient (Food Stall, Transportation and Muslim Mosque).

The room facility need to be improved. There was no coffee maker I.e Kettle Jug or Cup provided.

Close to Jetty for those going to Langkawi and close to night food centre especially for those who likes seafood bakar

I am staying in Room 308, even though the exhaust fan is working, but the smell of urine and "human waste" is dominant, more so when we just enter the room after long period out of the room. The management must do something about the waste water system

The hotel's location was very convenient for my business trip. It was next to the ferry terminal to an island and had a private car park. There were many eateries nearby. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed.

The hotel lacked amenities such as wifi and phones. The bathroom was quite dirty and needed improvement.

The hotel location was very convenient for us, being close to a morning food bazaar and some seafood restaurants. the size and cleanliness of the room was pleasing, as well as the view from the room. Lastly, the proximity to the ferry terminal to Langkawi made it easy for us to catch our boat the next morning.

We were a bit let down by the lack of toiletries in the room. the attitude of some of the staff was a bit off-putting.

Proximity to the Langkawi Ferry jetty. Needed a place to stay overnight for early ferry crossing. Clean and no musty / damp smell

None. Its value for money. but it will be good if there's a mini fridge in the room!. The sink connection was not done properly. If you use the sink in the room, water leaks out....
